美國FDA宣布參與第三方自願認證進口養殖蝦試驗計畫美國食品藥物管理局（USFDA）近日宣布進口養殖蝦第三方認證計畫試驗計畫的第二階段之參與單位，將於2009年6月實施，該計畫有助於FDA研擬評估第三方認證計畫流程進行。試驗計畫可讓FDA鑑定與處理技術、實作上的問題仲介網，這些資料有助FDA邁向更廣泛的認可自願第三方之認證計畫。參與計畫第二階段的單位有：國際檢驗集團（Bureau Veritas Group Company）、全球養殖聯盟/養殖認證會議組織、美國稽查協會、SGS美國檢驗公司、美國商務部、國家海洋與大氣總署、國家海洋漁業局、水產品檢室內裝潢驗局與泰國漁業署。為因應總統行動計畫項下的進口安全建議案，遂於2007年頒布管制國外製造商出口美國所需發展自願第三方認證計畫。食品藥物管理局之食物保護計畫是於去年11月頒布，強調及格及合法第三方認證為認定國內外食品公司產品安全之可行方法。（摘譯自室內設計Infofish Trade News NO.23/2008，Dec.15 2008）FDA ANNOUNCES PARTICIPANTS OF PILOT PROGRAM FOR THIRD-PARTYVOLUNTARY CERTIFICATION OF IMPORTED AQUACULTURED SHRIMPThe US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) recently announced the participants for 系統傢俱voluntarythird-party certification programs for imported aquacultured shrimp in Phase II of its pilotprogram. Phase II, which will run through June 2009, will help the FDA develop the process forevaluating third-party certification programs. 商空設計The pilot program will allow the FDA to identify andaddress technical and operational issues in assessment programs. This information will assist theagency in moving towards broader recognition of voluntary third-party certification program. 婚紗Theparticipants in Phase II of the program are:‧ Bureau Veritas Group Company;‧ Global Aquaculture Alliance/Aquaculture Certification Council Inc.;‧ Inspectorate American Corporation;‧ SGS United States Testing Company;‧ Seafood Inspection 當舖Service, National Marine Fisheries Services, National Oceanic andAtmospheric Administration, US Department of Commerce; and‧ Thailand Department of Fisheries.The pilot program responds to a recommendation in the President’s Action Plan for 鑽石Import Safety,issued in November 2007, which called for the development of voluntary third-party certificationprograms for foreign producers who export to the United States. The FDA’s Food Protection Plan,issued last November, emphasizes 票貼qualified and legitimate third-party certification as a way to helpverify the safety of products from both foreign and domestic food companies.
